Quality Control

We have three coordinate measuring machines in our quality lab. One Browne & Sharpe model 575 and 2 model 7107s. All of these CMMs are equipped with Renishaw scanning heads and PC DMIS Cad++software. One Micro-Vu Sol 321Vision system capable of measuring parts with a magnification up to 554X.

Assortment of Deltronic TP25 pin sets, ranging from .0312 up to .6320. 3 sets of .011 to .060 gauge pins. 8 sets of .061 to .750 gauge pins. Two sets of OD Intramics ranging from .600 to 2.400.(.0002 increments) Sunnen OD bore gage with measuring range of .370 to 2.900. (.0001 increments) Several sets of indicating micrometers capable of measuring .0001 and .00005.

Bronco Manufacturing, Inc. also houses seven Browne & Sharpe Micro-Hite measuring machines; four in our quality lab and three more on the shop floor. All QC and Employee hand tools, gauges and equipment used to inspect the quality of our machined parts are calibrated from outside calibration labs to meet our AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements and are traceable to NIST.
